Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair and transparent for all our customers.

HostFe.com holds the right to cancel or suspend any service at any time. If the cancellation or suspension was made because of the violation of our TOS, no refund would be provided.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. You can cancel your account or service within 24 hours of purchase to get a refund. You must provide a valid reason for cancellation or refund. Refunds apply only to problems related to our servers — we do not support third-party apps or code. We provide a 24-hour refund on all Web Hosting packages with the following conditions:

Refund Policy

(i) Refunds are limited to one per customer — multiple services or multiple signups do not qualify.

(ii) Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS violations.

(iii) Existing product upgrade or downgrade will not be refunded; the user will be responsible for the action.

(iv) Refunds are not available for domain orders. No refund is issued for domains under any circumstances.

(v) No refund will be made if your Service(s) is suspended due to Email Marketing / Email Abuse / Misuse of service / Inappropriate / Illegal / Immoral / Account Over-use or terminated.

(vi) The 24-hour purchase refund is only applicable for first-time signups. Second time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible. If you've had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund.

(vii) No refund will be made if your Service(s) are suspended or terminated for cause.

(viii) We offer free account migration. If we have worked on your account migration and you request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, a charge of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount.

(ix) After sending the cancellation request, it will take 15 to 45 business days to complete the refund process.

Auto Renewal Policy

If the service is not used or is abandoned, you must cancel it via the client area before the renewal date. Failure to do so will result in the renewal amount being auto-captured on the renewal date. Renewal service payments and auto-renewal payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Auto Payment Capture Policy

All open invoices on HostFe are automatically captured on the same day they are generated, ensuring accurate and timely tracking — unless the service associated with the invoice is canceled by the client through the Client Area prior to the invoice generation date.

Any payments made towards these invoices are non-refundable unless explicitly approved via ticket.

Cancellation & Termination Policy

Your hosting account at HostFe.com can get terminated due to the following reasons:

(i) TOS Violation — If you violate our Terms of Service during your subscription period, it will result in immediate account suspension and termination. As soon as we've been notified about the violation, we would usually take instant action.

(ii) Non-Renewal — If you fail to renew your hosting account on the due date, your account will be suspended on the same day and will be terminated within 3 days from your service due date.

(iii) Immediate Cancellation — If you place a cancellation request with immediate termination, your hosting account will be suspended right away and terminated within 24 hours. Ensure all data is backed up before requesting cancellation as it cannot be recovered.
